- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the order has been placed and payment has been authorised, we will process and post it by Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed for post. Please allow up to 5 working days. If you require your order next day, please contact us here. For more shipping information, click here.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Just click the "Add International Shipping" button located in the bottom left-hand corner of any product page, after you are happy with the products in your basket. It will sort everything out for you which includes covering shipping costs. For more shipping information, click here.
- What is your exchange or refund policy?
We will refund products that have not been opened and are still suitable for sale. Just drop us an email at lucyjoslittlegems@live.co.uk, within 72 hours receiving your order, and make the subject 'refund'. We will get back to you right away.
Please include your full name, PayPal email address/Payment method, item code/s, description of the problem and whether you would like a refund or gift voucher.
You will have to post the product/s back to us at your own expense, and we take no responsibility for the product/s until they reach us. We either will refund you the amount paid for the product/s minus postage and packing fees via Pay Pal, or send you a gift voucher, it's your choice. Unfortunately we do not do exchanges.

When you take your neck or wrist measurement, measure all the way around your neck or wrist leaving only a little space between the tape and the skin. Take into consideration that we do add extra, so the piece can be worn comfortably and sit correctly. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to give us a shout.
